Risk Disclosure
Last updated: July 2026
Options trading involves substantial risk of loss, including the potential loss of your entire investment, and is not suitable for every investor. Automated execution does not reduce this risk — it can amplify it. Please read this disclosure fully before enabling live trading on any Karish agent.
1. Options Are High Risk
Options are complex instruments. Buying options can result in the total loss of the premium paid, often within a single trading day, particularly for short-dated (0DTE) contracts. Prices can move rapidly against a position with no opportunity to exit at a favorable price.
2. Automation Does Not Eliminate Risk
The Stock Options, SPX 0DTE V2, and Stock V2 agents place trades automatically once you enable live trading and they detect a signal matching your configured rules. Automation removes manual judgment at the moment of entry and exit — it does not remove market risk, execution risk, slippage, gaps, liquidity risk, or the risk that your configured parameters (take-profit %, stop-loss %, position size, max cost) produce outcomes you did not anticipate.
3. Past Performance Is Not Indicative of Future Results
Any historical data, sample trade logs, or statistics shown on our site, dashboard, or in marketing materials reflect past conditions only and are not a projection, guarantee, or prediction of future performance. Markets change; a strategy that performed a certain way historically may perform very differently going forward.
4. Karish Does Not Manage Risk on Your Behalf
Karish does not monitor your account, does not intervene in your trades, and does not adjust your configuration for you. You are solely responsible for setting risk parameters appropriate to your own account size, risk tolerance, and financial situation, and for monitoring the agents you run.
5. Technology & Infrastructure Risk
Because each agent runs on infrastructure you control (your own server, your own brokerage API credentials), you are also responsible for that infrastructure's uptime, security, and correct configuration. Server outages, network interruptions, brokerage API outages, or misconfiguration can all result in missed exits, unintended trades, or other losses. Karish is not responsible for any of the foregoing.
6. Suitability
Options trading, and especially same-day-expiry (0DTE) options trading, is not suitable for all investors. You should not use Karish's agents unless you understand how options work, understand the specific strategy each agent implements, and can financially bear the risk of losing your full position size on any given trade.
7. No Advice
Nothing in this disclosure, or anywhere on the Karish platform, is investment advice. Consult a qualified, licensed financial professional before making any trading decision.
By enabling live trading on any agent, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure and accept full responsibility for the risks described above.
