Summary: Karish is a technology platform provider — user-configured trading automation. It provides self-hosted software (the Stock Options, SPX 0DTE V2, and Stock V2 agents) and options-flow market data. You control configuration, you select the securities and parameters, the software is a tool and not investment advice, and you are responsible for all trading decisions and any resulting losses. Karish charges a flat software license fee only — never a share of your profits or losses.

1. Who We Are

Karish ("Karish," "we," "us," "our") is a technology platform provider offering self-hosted software agents and options-flow market data to individual users ("you," "User," "Subscriber") for use on infrastructure that you own and control. Karish is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser (RIA), commodity trading adviser (CTA), or financial institution of any kind, and is not registered as any of the foregoing.

2. What Karish Provides

Karish provides:

Karish does not access, hold, or control your brokerage account, your funds, or your Schwab OAuth credentials at any point. All order placement happens directly between the software running on your server and your brokerage's API, using your own credentials.

3. How the Software Works

Every Karish agent follows the same pipeline, and validation against your own rules is the step that separates "data" from "trade":

  1. Market Data — the agent reads live options and equity market data from your brokerage's API.
  2. Algorithm Analysis — the agent's code analyzes that data for patterns (e.g., unusual options flow, premium buildups, technical confluence) defined entirely in the software itself.
  3. Signal Generated — the analysis produces a candidate entry or exit, internal to the software.
  4. User-Defined Rules Validate — that candidate is checked against the parameters you configured (symbols, position size, take-profit %, stop-loss %, trading window, max trades per day, and any other setting exposed in your dashboard). Nothing proceeds past this step unless it satisfies rules you set.
  5. Auto Execution — only if your rules validate the candidate does the agent place an order, directly against your own brokerage account, using your own credentials, on your own server.

At no point in this pipeline does Karish, or any person at Karish, review, approve, or select an individual trade. The software executes automatically, but only within the boundaries you configured in advance.

4. No Advisory Relationship

Nothing provided by Karish — including flow data, software defaults, documentation, or support communications — constitutes investment advice, a trading recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or option. To be explicit:

5. You Drive Execution

Every trade placed by a Karish agent is placed because of rules you configured, running on infrastructure you control, against your own brokerage account. You are solely responsible for:

6. Subscription, License Fee & No Revenue Share

Access to the agents is licensed on a subscription basis (trial or recurring monthly, as described on our pricing page) and is personal to you. Licenses are not transferable. Karish may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, license misuse, or violation of these Terms.

Karish charges a flat software license fee only. We do not take a percentage of your profits, a share of your losses, a performance fee, or any commission on trades your agents place. Your subscription price does not change based on your trading results, account size, or trade volume.

7. No Guarantees

Karish makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the performance, profitability, uptime, or accuracy of any agent, flow data, or the software generally. Software is provided "as is" and "as available."

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karish and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, data loss, service interruption, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Karish's software or data, regardless of the theory of liability. Your use of the software is entirely at your own risk.

9. Payments & Refunds

All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Karish after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
